Your title and description must clearly explain what you're offering.

Do not post misleading, spammy, or duplicate listings.

Listings must be placed in the appropriate category.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of your content.

Only upload real, relevant, and high-quality images of your product or service.

No stock photos, logos, or promotional banners unless approved.

No watermarks or third-party branding.

PanchkulaCity.com may remove or replace non-compliant images.

Free listings remain active for a limited period (e.g., 30 days) unless renewed.

Paid listings stay active according to your membership/package plan.

PanchkulaCity.com may remove expired or inactive ads.

Once a listing is posted under a paid package, it cannot be refunded, even if removed or altered.

Changing your membership plan before the current one expires will cancel the current plan with no refund.

PanchkulaCity.com does not offer refunds for any digital products or services.
